God Will Repay # 296

Deuteronomy 32:35

To me belongeth vengeance, and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.

The Scripture said, as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. During Noah’s time the inclination and thoughts of the hearts of men were altogether wicked. Spiritual darkness covered the land and satanic rituals were commonly practiced. The blood of animals were used for sacrifice; as time progressed, human blood become more desirable. There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch”. The Lord knew this and it angered him yet, man continued in their evil ways.

God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. Make thee an ark of gopher wood. Noah obeyed the Lord and built the ark while the people mocked him. For years he was ridiculed because they have not seen rain fall on the earth before. In the meantime, the violence continued and so did the craving for the blood of sons and daughters. Life was no longer sacred or precious, instead it became a commodity. The merchants have taken the women captives, they slew not any, either great or small, but carried them away. God said, “he that stealeth a man, and selleth him he shall surely be put to death”. In spite of God’s warnings, man continued in his wickedness.

It took approximately 120 years for Noah to finish the ark. During its construction, the doors were always open for anyone to come yet, no one came. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Today, the Holy Spirit searches for those that would be saved. God is long-suffering with the people and soon His righteous judgment will be carried forth as in the days of Noah. God is angry with the wicked every day and the time will come when his vials of wrath will pour upon the earth.

Today, the cup of wickedness is nearing its fullness like in the days of Noah. Throughout the world there has been an all-out war against mankind, especially among our youth. Our young people fall into despair from broken homes, substance abuse, depression, suicide and so much more. Millions of our nameless youth never make it out of their mothers wombs alive. Thousands of our youth disappear each day whether they become runaways or victims of kidnapping. It is hard to believe that with our modern-day technology and worldwide surveillance systems the children still cannot be found.

Although many do not notice the violence occurring against mankind, God sees it all. Every child has a name, each act is recorded and every witness will be heard in that great and final day. Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. His Word says this concerning those who harm his children, It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones. Judgment is coming soon, very soon. This time it will not be a judgment of water. This time it will be a judgment of fire where a holy God will rains vengeance and recompense such as never seen before on the earth.
